Returns & Exchange Policy

At John Caulcrick, every piece is made to the highest standard. We ask that you review our policy carefully before placing your order.

Bespoke & Custom Orders

All bespoke and custom-made pieces are crafted exclusively for you and are therefore final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on these orders.

Ready-to-Wear Exchanges

We are happy to facilitate exchanges within the following timeframes from the date of delivery:

• Lagos: 24–48 hours
• Other Nigerian Locations: 48–72 hours
• UK/US and International Orders: 5–10 working days

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original condition with all tags intact. Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and include video evidence of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange an exchange. Items returned outside of the stated timeframe will not be accepted.

Refunds

Where applicable, approved refunds will be processed within 48 hours.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please be aware that a 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total order amount.

General Policy

John Caulcrick reserves the right to decline any exchange or refund request where an item has been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms outlined above.
